  Working with Valery and Ludmila was a genuine pleasure that we weren't expecting in what was an unfamiliar process for me. From our first meeting to evaluate our home to conditional offer to firm offer was handled with expertise and attention to detail that we haven't experienced recently in any sector of any service industry. Ludmila put a value on our home that turned out to be very accurate. Ludmila's pleasant demeanor and contacts within the real estate market will not only generate leads and showings but will get the SOLD sign on your property promptly so that you can move on to the next step in your life. As a side note, we first met them when they were showing our home to clients during a previous listing with another agent who was unsuccessful. It was their demeanor and overall professionalism during that encounter that prompted us to contact with them when we were ready to put our home back on the market for another attempt. They made it happen. I would not hesitate to recommend Ludmila&Valery for either selling or purchasing real estate. They are one of the best I've ever met.
