  If I could give less than one star I would. I made an appointment to set up my home theater and the tech showed up and told me he’d only do a survey first and I’d need another appointment for the installation. Ridiculous! He gave me an extremely high quote for his service and said he’d call to schedule the appointment. He never called me back. Called Geek Squad the following morning and got nothing resolved as I was talking to someone who was clearly high. That was the final straw. Took my business elsewhere.
