  Was I profiled because I am a guy walking into a 'females' jewelry store? First of all, I wasn't buying anything for myself, I was coming into check the status of an order I placed online for my MOTHER. The wannabe cute, cat-walking check-in assistant walked right by my face and I had to shout an Excuse Me to get her attention. Second, I go to the snarky manager and ask if she can check the status of my order since Pandora's phone number claims to always be busy, but her response was exactly this "We are a franchise and have no way to check online orders". Not sure how this is possible, but it appears so. Walked right out. I have been spreading the word about my experience with Pandora thus far, and I have proof, and making sure no one buys from here again.
