  Very disappointing to say the least! Made an appointment for my dog at 5:45pm, and they finally saw us around 7:30pm. Super slow service, and the staff was not friendly at all (except for the checkout lady). I should be the one in a bad mood, ladies.
  I used to go VCA in MD, and the folks were outstanding! Never waited more than 15 minutes, and the vet was super comfortable examining the dogs. VCA Aventura needs some serious training!!! Whatever process you are following, is completely inefficient.
  
  What was supposed to be a fun first puppy visit to the vet, turned into a stressful waste of time. Never going back.

  This place is awesome! My pup goes for daycare services. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very professional. There are a lot of new people so I am sorry that I don't recall their names but Emmanuel is fantastic! Erica, Stephanie at the desk, Moe and the entire crew really take care of my pup. I've used their vet services and grooming services as well. It may not be the least expensive (monthly daycare gets expensive) but it's worth it. There is always room for improvement however, the people here are the reason why I keep coming back. They are genuine, treat my pup like family and are very knowledgeable. Not to mention they have a world of patience... my little pup can be a handful sometimes.
  
  P.S. They can get very busy at times but that's because they are so great!
